A Lifetime Friendship with Lifetime Health Guarantees

All our puppies come with Lifetime Health Guarantees because we only chews puppies from responsible breeders. Our Extensive Lifetime Health Guarantee Program is included FREE of charge with all puppies.

Lifetime Heart Murmur Guarantee – If the puppy should be diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian with a debilitating heart murmur, grade four or higher, that is not surgically or otherwise treatable by a licensed veterinarian during its lifetime, the puppy will be replaced free of charge.

Lifetime Elbow Dysplasia Guarantee – If the puppy should be diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian with severe elbow dysplasia that is not surgically or otherwise treatable by a licensed veterinarian during its lifetime, the puppy will be replaced free of charge.

Lifetime Congenital or Genetic Guarantee If the puppy should die from a congenital or genetic defect diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian, the puppy will be replaced free of charge.

Lifetime limited Virus/Disease Guarantee – If the puppy should die from rabies, heartworm, or leptospirosis diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian, the puppy will be replaced free of charge.

Please refer to the sales contract and health warranty for a full listing of detials concerning this portion of health warranty.

Fourteen Day Health Guarantee – If the puppy is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian as “unfit for purchase” within 14 days after purchase, the customer has the option to return the puppy for a refund, return the puppy for a replacement, or to keep the puppy and receive reimbursement of reasonable veterinary fees incurred to attempt to cure the illness, up to the purchase price. (certain additional coverage and/or restrictions may apply, see contract for details as per Florida Statute 828.29).

1 Year Health Guarantee – One Year Health Warranty– if the puppy is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian as “unfit for purchase” due to a congenital or genetic defect within 1 year after purchase, the customer has the option to return the puppy for a refund, return the puppy for a replacement, or to keep the puppy and receive reimbursement of reasonable veterinary fees incurred to attempt to cure the illness, up to the purchase price. (certain additional coverage and/or restrictions may apply, see contract for details as per Florida Statute 828.29)
